We offer a full refund or
exchange for all products that are faulty within 30 days of purchase (the
product must be returned to us as sold, including packaging and accessories).
We must be in receipt of the product or be notified of the fault within the 30 day period. After this period then any faulty product will be repaired free of charge (within the manufacturer's guarantee period which is normally one year).
We offer a full refund for products returned unopened within seven days of sale (or delivery if later - delivery charges are not refundable). We charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the sales price if the product packaging has been opened. This does not apply if products have been used.
